TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Service Agreement
1.1 Services will be performed as described in the service package selected.
1.2 Pricing is based on the condition and size of the vehicle. Excessive dirt, pet hair, or other unexpected conditions may result in additional charges.
1.3 All services are performed at the customer’s own risk. While we take the utmost care, Pemberton Auto Spa is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects to the vehicle.
2. Customer Responsibilities
2.1 Customers must remove personal items from the vehicle prior to service. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal property.
2.2 Access to water, power, and space to complete the service may be required for mobile appointments.
3. Payment, Deposits & Cancellation
3.1 A deposit equal to 20% of the service total is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.
3.2 The remaining balance is due at vehicle pickup upon completion of services.
3.3 Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time for a full refund of the deposit.
3.4 Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
4. Consent to Communications
4.1 By providing your phone number or email, you consent to receive service-related communications from Pemberton Auto Spa, including appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and promotional offers.
4.2 Communications may include phone calls, text messages, and emails. Standard carrier rates may apply.
4.3 You may opt out of promotional messages at any time by replying “STOP” to text messages or contacting us directly.
5. Use of Vehicle Images for Marketing
5.1 As part of our services, Pemberton Auto Spa may take before-and-after photos or videos of your vehicle.
5.2 You grant Pemberton Auto Spa a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use these images for marketing, promotional, or educational purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, advertisements, and print materials.
5.3 We will not disclose personal identifying information (such as license plate numbers, addresses, or customer names) without your consent.
6. Liability
6.1 Pemberton Auto Spa is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6.2 In no event shall liability exceed the cost of the service performed.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Ohio.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a service with Pemberton Auto Spa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
